Autumn 2026 Export Lineup: Eight Brands, Four Gateways, and What Buyers Are Booking Now
Every autumn the export list tells you where demand is going before the order books do. This season our yard spans eight brands and roughly two dozen trims, from subcompact city crossovers to family hybrids and mid-size electric SUVs, and the mix is a fair picture of what importers across Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia and Latin America are asking for. Here is what is moving, from which gateway, and on what terms.
The lineup at a glance
Eight brands cover the four segments that dominate B2B enquiries this quarter.
- Compact petrol crossovers and sedans — Kia Stonic, Kia Seltos and the Kia K3 remain the volume entry point for price-sensitive markets.
- Hybrid family cars — Toyota Corolla, Corolla Cross, RAV4 and Frontlander carry the strongest enquiry from markets under fuel-cost pressure.
- Plug-in and battery electric — BYD Seal 05 DM-i, the second-generation Qin PLUS DM-i and Sealion 6 EV cover plug-in hybrid and full-electric demand under one brand.
- Value SUVs and sedans — Geely Binyue L, MG5, Rui Lan X3 Pro and Trumpchi GS3 fill the entry tier.
- German mid-size — Volkswagen T-Roc, Tharu and Passat stay the benchmark for buyers who want a European badge.
Two kinds of lane: sea and land
Our pickup points split along two very different logistics routes. The sea gateways at Nansha, Ningbo and Shanghai serve container and RoRo buyers heading to Africa, the Gulf, Southeast Asia and Latin America. The land gateway at Khorgos serves Central Asia and onward overland routes, where transit is measured in days rather than weeks. Several models are offered from more than one point, so the same trim can be routed either way depending on the destination and the paperwork your market requires.
In stock versus forward order
Availability is mixed and worth checking model by model. Some trims sit in the yard now in white, grey or black; others are quoted as forward orders, and a few colour variants are limited to a small batch. Volkswagen Tharu and Toyota Frontlander also carry multi-unit terms, which suits dealers building a first container rather than single-unit buyers.
Compliance paperwork travels with the car
Most lines on this list are quoted with factory or converter documentation for export, which matters more than any specification sheet: without the right certificate a container can clear the port and still fail registration. Where a model is listed as factory-permitted, that paperwork is arranged at source; where it is self-pickup, the buyer arranges collection. Confirm the document set your market needs before booking, not after.
What to check before you book
- Trim and colour confirmed in writing, because a limited colour batch can close without notice.
- Lead time: in-stock versus forward order changes the sailing you can realistically catch.
- Gateway: sea or land, and whether the term is delivered or self-pickup.
- Minimum order: several lines are quoted from three, four or eight units, and some include shipping on qualifying orders.
- Documentation: the certificate type your registration authority accepts.

- Eight brands across four segments, roughly two dozen trims available for the autumn window.
- Hybrid Toyotas and BYD plug-in hybrids carry the strongest B2B enquiry this quarter.
- Nansha, Ningbo and Shanghai serve sea routes; Khorgos serves Central Asian overland.
- Availability is mixed between yard stock and forward orders, so confirm before you commit.
